“A very cooperative organisation with challenging opportunities” >>>

Since commencing with BOS I have found it to be a very cooperative organisation with challenging opportunities.

It is a relatively new company but the best thing is that all employees have a chance to mould the organisation into an effective and positive workplace.

We are able to develop new processes and procedures, from lessons we have learnt over the years and deliver a better outcome with a fresh approach.

I am employed as the Mechanical Manager and am responsible for the daily mechanical operation on board the vessels. This includes rigging and contact with suppliers. BOS provides an excellent working environment with a focus on teamwork and respect, which is important to me as an employee.

<<< “Commitment to technology development”

I joined BOS mainly because of the company’s    commitment to technology development, which is important in my role as Instrumentation Manager.

My day to day activities include managing and maintaining all the streamer and recording related instrumentation on board the vessels. BOS has delivered on its commitment to give us the best technology to undertake our jobs safely and to our full potential.

The technology we are utilising in conjunction with the high level experience of the employees  I feel that BOS will be a successful company.

I find BOS to be a flexible and dynamic organisation, ready to make the decisions needed for us to progress with our work and also to respond to our clients.
